Hotel reservations are made by directly calling the Reservations Department or using the link above. A block of rooms has been reserved for the US Dry Bean Attendees at special reduced rates. Attendees must register for the convention to receive the group rate.
Hotel room block will be released on July 12, 2024. Reservations after that date, and/or after the convention's room block is filled, are subject to availability. Please make your reservations early.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please be advised that check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate any early check-ins as rooms become available.

Hotel room rates quoted are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) and $2.50 occupancy tax per room per night, plus a $5.00 GA Hotel/Motel fee.
There is a $20.00 resort fee that covers the following amenities: in-room high speed internet access (wired and wireless), complimentary twilight golf on our championship PGA golf course, nightly S'mores at dusk, discounts at select downtown partners, toll free calls, local telephone calls up to 60 minutes, on-resort shuttle transportation, fitness club access, use of tennis racquets and courts, croquet, golf club storage, use of the chipping and putting greens and driving range (including the use of complimentary clubs).
