Hotel reservations are made by directly calling the Reservations Department or using the link above. A block of rooms has been reserved for the US Dry Bean Attendees at special reduced rates. Attendees must register for the convention to receive the group rate.
Hotel room block will be released on June 30, 2026. Reservations after that date, and/or after the convention's room block is filled, are subject to availability. Please make your reservations early.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please be advised that check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate any early check-ins as rooms become available.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one night room and tax will apply if you check out less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed checkout date.
No Shows: Verified no shows will be charged one night room and tax to guest's credit card.
