If you are sending materials to the hotel, please ship to arrive no earlier than seven (7) days prior to event. To ensure proper processing, please address all materials intended for events following the box label instructions (see shipping label download at the bottom of the page). Boxes should be numbered “1 of 6”, “2 of 6”, “3 of 6” etc. This way they will know when incomplete shipments are received and can make you aware as soon as possible.
There is a $0.59 per pound processing fee on all incoming packages. An additional $0.25 per pound, per day fee will be applied to packages stored for 8+ days.
Package fees can be charged to your guestroom or via Credit Card Authorization form.
Outgoing Packages: All outgoing packages must be properly wrapped and labeled prior to drop-off with the package center.
Promotional items for attendee bags: to be delivered to the hotel no later than July 15th - See below for download.
